Multi-objective Planning of Thermal Power Plant Energy Systems Based on “Power + Ecology” Big Data and Carbon Emissions
To reduce the carbon emissions and operating costs of thermal power plants, a multi-objective planning method for the energy system of thermal power plants based on the big data of “power+ecology” and carbon emissions is proposed. Based on the big data of “power+ecology” of thermal power plants, this method calculates the carbon emissions of the energy system of thermal power plants and the carbon emissions increment under various influencing factors; According to the calculation results, a multi-objective programming model for the energy system of thermal power plants is constructed, and the upper and lower objective functions of the model and the corresponding constraints are set; The fast non dominated sorting genetic algorithm (SA-NSGA-II) based on the successive approximation method is used to solve the multi-objective planning model of the energy system of thermal power plants and obtain the multi-objective planning results. The test results show that the algorithm has good solution performance, the distance results of the inversion generation are all below 0.022, the spacing index results are all below 0.019, and the index diversity results are all above 0.942; The carbon emission increment results of the system can be determined based on the big data of power+ecology; The maximum operation cost after the planning is 1.68X 107 yuan, and the maximum carbon emission is 4.36X107 kg. The external power transmission rate is lower than 12.28%, which is significantly lower than the results before planning.
