UAV Remote Sensing Image Forest Fire Monitoring Method Based on FF-YOLO
With the intensification of climate change and the global push toward carbon neutrality, forest fire monitoring has become a critical topic in environmental protection. In recent years, UAV-based remote sensing technology has emerged as an effective tool for forest fire detection, while advancements in computer vision algorithms have enabled more precise and efficient fire monitoring. This paper proposes a Forest Fire-YOLO-based UAV remote sensing method for forest fire detection. The approach integrates YOLOv11 and introduces a Forest Fire Adaptive Attention mechanism designed specifically for the unique characteristics of forest fires. Additionally, the UAV system architecture is optimized to enhance detection accuracy, improve response speed, and adapt to complex environmental conditions. This method demonstrates significant potential in advancing fire detection capabilities while providing crucial data support for assessing forest carbon emissions and facilitating the implementation of carbon neutrality strategies.
