Research on the Abnormal Analysis Model of Electricity Selling Price Based on Clustering

With the accelerated construction of a modern high-quality economic system, the power sales market presents a diversified competitive pattern. However, since the opening of the power sales market, the profits of power sales companies have been rising month by month, and the electricity costs of some users have increased significantly, making it impossible for the dividends of supply-side market competition to be transmitted to the user side. This paper takes the intelligent analysis of the abnormal average price of power sales by power sales companies as the entry point, builds an abnormal analysis model of the market-based average price for the retail users of power sales companies, uses the DBSCAN clustering analysis algorithm to locate the retail users with abnormal electricity prices, intelligently divides different groups of abnormal users and conducts traceability analysis, and excavates and analyzes the abnormal points of the settlement electricity price, thereby accurately judging the users with abnormal electricity consumption costs, facilitating power companies to proactively serve users to reduce costs and resume production.
