Application of Transmission Line Anti Disconnection Technology based on 3D Measurement and Deep Learning
Aiming at the problem of monitoring the risk of external breakage of transmission lines, this paper systematically analyzes the technical path of synergistic application of 3D measurement technology and deep learning algorithm. By comparing the features of 3D reconstruction technologies such as LiDAR and tilt photography, combined with the precise semantic segmentation of point cloud dataset POWERLINE-ALS, an intelligent monitoring system for transmission lines based on point cloud data and deep learning is constructed. The results show that the POWERLINE-ALS dataset exhibits good model compatibility and can be in mainstream deep learning frameworks well tested. It has high monitoring accuracy for transmission line towers and conductors, which meets actual project the of the accuracy requirements, provides effective three-dimensional data support for the transmission line intelligent inspection system, and significantly improves the reliability of semantic parsing of power line scenes.
