Optimization of Intelligent Algorithm Applications in the Transformation of Electric Power System's Energy Structure
As the cornerstone of national economic development, the development level of its industry directly reflects the country's economic level and residents' living standard. As the exploitation of non-renewable resources approaches the limit, the problem of energy price rise is becoming increasingly serious. Reasonable planning and utilization of renewable energy to replace non-renewable energy has become a key topic to be solved in the power industry. This paper discusses the research and development status of multi-objective optimal dispatching in power system, and focuses on the application effect of multi-objective short-term optimal dispatching based on fuzzy satisfaction core in water and fire ionization system. This method optimizes the distribution model according to the multi-time and multi-target expected value of the power load, aiming to realize the reasonable configuration of water, heat and electricity output, meet the technical requirements of all parties, and implement the unified dispatching of the power system. This paper reviews the research process of the optimal scheduling of power system since the 1980s, including the joint optimization of system, the method of large-scale system decomposition and the coordination, and the short-term optimization of water-fire system, etc., and points out the new opportunities and challenges brought by the reform of power system since the 21st century. In addition, it also discusses the establishment of independent dispatching and managed feed-in tariff mechanism in China's electricity market bidding, and how to integrate market roles and macro control to solve existing problems. The research results of this paper provide technical support for the actual operation of electric power enterprises in the new era.
