Enhancing Speed Response by Implementing Improved Sliding Mode Algorithm and Integrating IF- ELSE Logic Law in Controlling PMSM
In recent years, the practical advantages of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSMs) have been widely accepted all over the world. Hence, the demand for optimizing its performance is undeniable. Although there is a conventional Proportional-Integral controller which is mainly used at present, it always appears numerous drawbacks need to be considered like time response, chattering, and flexibility. To mitigate these problems, an enhanced sliding mode controller has been proposed in this paper. Given that, the proposed approach aims to enhance the speed control performance including chattering reduction and time response improvement. Thanks to the proposed method, it is flexible to apply in practical application.
