Evaluation of Digital Transformation Factors for Vietnamese Jewelry Retailers Using Fuzzy Z-number Best-Worst Method
Due to the complex and challenging nature of digital transformations, managers must have access to appropriate assessment tools. Indeed, organizations must comprehend digital capabilities before executing digital transformation strategies and assessing the effect of digital transformation factors through the collaboration of specialists knowledgeable about various influencing factors that impact the evaluation procedure. Given the challenge for specialists in quantifying their evaluation values with fuzzy Z-number, employing best-worst method (BWM) to convey their opinions is a rational course of action. Moreover, certain influencing factors exhibit a degree of interdependence and interaction. Considering this, this article proposes a fuzzy environment and Z-number BWM for systematically measuring digital transformation factors.
