Abstract

AI and robots provide significant potential for human growth in the near future. These systems have prompted issues regarding their purpose, long-term hazards, and appropriate use. They question the assumption that humans are the only intelligent and dominating species on Earth.AI holds enormous promise for economic development, social advancement, human well-being, and safety enhancements. AI-based expertise offers significant risks to handlers, designers and humanity due to data biases, safety, confidentiality, and ethical problems. This article concentrated on ethical difficulties that occur with AI structures as objects, i.e., tools shaped and hand-me-down by people. It covers anxieties about confidentiality and management and prejudice, human-robot collaboration, engagement, and the impact of individuality. When artificial intelligence expertise erodes employees' expertise, and they are more likely to leave. Artificial intelligence technology is commonly employed in different service sectors, such as cookery, guest rooms, and advertising. Virtual aides have been placed in selling the goods and services to respond rapidly to visitors' requests. Problems relating to upcoming artificial intelligence technology have received more attention in the media . AI may improve sales processes by increasing efficiency, customization, and predictive insights.
