Design of PID temperature control system based on fuzzy control with dynamically optimized integral limits
Abstract Aiming at the problem of over-temperature in high-temperature even-heat furnaces, a fuzzy control dynamic optimization integral limit PID temperature control method is proposed. First of all, we analyze the reasons for the over-temperature phenomenon in the homogenous furnace and put forward the integral limiting solution for the causes of over-temperature. Although the integral limit can solve the phenomenon of over-temperature, it leads to longer heating time. In view of the above problems, combined with the characteristics of fuzzy control, a control method based on fuzzy control to dynamically adjust the integral limit is proposed to reduce the over-temperature and shorten the adjustment time.
