A highly moisture-stable ferroelectric ammonium phosphate salt showing piezoelectric energy harvesting and rotation sensing applications
A water-stable ferroelectric compound DIPA·BNPP was shown to exhibit high piezoelectric energy conversion efficiency for its polymer composite. It shows LED lighting and RPM sensing applications due to the high device sensitivity and responsivity.
