Pengaruh Teknik Distraksi Menggambar dan Mewarnai Terhadap Dampak Hospitalisasi Diruangan Anak RSUD PROF. DR Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo

ABSTRACT To reduce the impact of anxiety due to hospitalization experienced by children, a medium is needed that can reveal children's anxiety, one of which is play therapy. To determine the effect of drawing and coloring distraction techniques on the impact of hospitalization in the children's room at Prof. Dr. Aloei Saboe Hospital, Gorontalo City.Quantitative using pre-experimental method with One Group Pre-Post Test Design approach. The sample used in this study were 10 child respondents who were treated in the pediatric room of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Hospital Gorontalo City. Based on the results of the paired t-test test, it was found that there was a significant change in the pain scale owned by 10 respondents which can be seen with a P-Value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence before and after the provision of drawing and coloring distraction techniques on the impact of hospitalization anxiety in children. he right form of approach is very helpful for the success of nurses, especially in children who experience fear during medical examinations, so it is necessary to have activities that can reduce fear such as play therapy. Keywords: Coloring, Distraction Techniques, Drawing, Hospitalization ABSTRAK Untuk mengurangi dampak kecemasan akibat hospitalisasi yang dialami anak diperlukan suatu media yang dapat mengungkapkan rasacemas anak salah satunya yaitu terapi bermain. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh teknik distraksi menggambar dan mewarnai terhadap dampak hospitalisasi diruangan anak RSUD Prof. Dr Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo. kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pra-eksperimental dengan pendekatan One Group Pra-Post Test Desig. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 10 responden anak yang dirawat diruang anak RSUD Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo. Berdasarkan hasil uji paired t-test didapatkan bahwa terdapat perubahan yang signifikan terhadap skala nyeri yang dimiliki oleh 10 responden yang dapat dilihat dengan nilai P-Value 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan pemberian teknik distraksi menggambar dan mewarnai terhadap dampak hospitalisasi kecemasan pada anak. Bentuk pendekatan yang tepat sangat membantu keberhasilan perawat terutama pada anak yang mengalami rasa takut selama pemeriskaan medis, sehingga perlu adanya kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat menurunkan rasa takut seperti terapi bermain.
