Jumping Spiders from Ghana Collected By J. Prószyński (Araneae: Salticidae)

Data on salticids from Ghana are provided. This study is based on Prószyński's collection from 1963–1967. In total, 48 species are included, with one identified only to generic level. Eight species are described: Afraflacilla vespae sp. nov. (♂), Detalik aburi sp. nov. (♂♀), Evarcha damongo sp. nov. (♂), Evarcha kpongensis sp. nov. (♂), Holcolaetis spatulata sp. nov. (♂), Hyllus ghanensis sp. nov. (♀), Lamottella proszynskii sp. nov. (♂♀) and Stenaelurillus wa sp. nov. (♂♀). One specific name is synonymized: Evarcha grandis Wesołowska and Russell-Smith, 2011 with Hyllus ignotus Wesołowska and Russell-Smith, 2022 and new combination Hyllus grandis (Wesołowska and Russell-Smith, 2011) comb. nov. is proposed for it. The female of Langona recta Wesołowska and Russell-Smith, 2022 and the male of Festucula monticola are described for the first time.
