On the development of logistics services for Foreign Direct Investment Enterprises in Haiphong

In recent years, Hai Phong has been among the leading provinces and cities in Vietnam in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI). FDI capital is also a key driver of economic growth, job creation, and social stability. Therefore, developing logistics services for FDI enterprises is of great significance and urgency, forming a part of the city's investment attraction strategy. This study systematizes the theoretical foundation regarding the factors influencing the development of logistics services, before applying expert method to verify and clarify these influencing factors. Statistical data will be collected and analyzed to assess the current status of these factors, serving as a basis for discussing potential solutions. The legal framework for logistics, transportation and warehousing infrastructure, logistics human resource training, technological capabilities, and the capacity of logistics service providers are among the key factors that need focused improvement.
