Control system of three-phase AC drive with model method
Control of induction motor is more important because most of the industry used the induction motor, and control in the cost of decrease the efficiency and performance of the machine. It is a fact that three-phase alternating current drive systems using the classical PID controller, which were widely used in the past, are simple, reliable, but of low quality. Since they significantly impact control quality, it is necessary to have additional control methods to complement the PID controller to compensate for its shortcomings. This paper proposes a modern control method that is widely applied today, which is the application of fuzzy logic in control. The results of the study show that the three-phase alternating current drive system, when applying the above method, has improved quality and significantly increased control accuracy without needing to consider nonlinear factors. Simulations were conducted in the MATLAB/Sim environment.
