Progress on Immunotherapy for Allergic Rhinitis

免疫治疗是针对变应性鼻炎病因的一种治疗方式，包括特异性免疫治疗和非特异性免疫治疗。特异性免疫治疗是唯一可以阻止疾病进展，降低变应性鼻炎继发为哮喘风险的方法，包括皮下免疫治疗、舌下免疫治疗和淋巴结内免疫治疗等方式；非特异性免疫治疗包括单克隆抗体生物制剂、Toll样受体激动剂等方式。本文就上述治疗及进展进行阐述。Immunotherapy is a form of treatment that targets the cause of allergic rhinitis, including both allergen-specific and non-specific immunotherapy. Allergen-specific immunotherapy is the only way to stop the progression of the disease and reduce the risk of allergic rhinitis becoming asthma. Allergen-specific immunotherapy includes subcutaneous immunotherapy, sublingual immunotherapy, and intralymphatic immunotherapy; non-specific immunotherapy includes biological agents of monoclonal antibodies and toll-like receptors agonists. This article describes the above immunotherapy and progress.
