Research Status, Hotspots and Trends of the Theme of Chinese Educator Spirit—A Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

“教育家精神”是推动教育事业发展，实现教育强国的核心动力。借助CiteSpace软件和CNKI可视化图谱对近十五年来我国教育家精神研究的现状、热点和趋势展开分析，发现2022年后该主题的研究涌现了大量优质成果；核心作者群的聚合效应尚未显现，研究主力集中于师范院校；现有成果多来自教育领域期刊；高被引文献多集中于对该主题的内涵解释、逻辑梳理、实践指导；教育类学科是主要的研究来源。借助关键词共现、聚类可以发现，“教育家精神”研究多集中于“教育强国”“教育家”“教师队伍建设”等方面。因此，未来研究更需注重学术合作，集中科研力量；明确概念内涵，实现理论与实践的相互转化；关注时代性和创新性，挖掘“教育家精神”的深层价值。“Educator spirit” is the core driving force to promote the development of education and realize the power of education. By using CiteSpace software and CNKI visualization map, this paper analyzes the status quo, hot spots and trends of educators’ spiritual research in China in the past 15 years, and finds that a large number of high-quality results have emerged in the research on this topic after 2022. The aggregation effect of core authors has not yet appeared, and the main research is concentrated in normal colleges. Most of the existing achievements come from journals in the field of education. The highly cited literatures mainly focus on the connotation explanation, logical sorting and practical guidance of the subject. Education is the main source of research. With the help of keyword co-occurrence and clustering, it can be found that the research on “educator spirit” mostly focuses on “education power”, “educator” and “teacher team construction”. Therefore, future research should place greater emphasis on academic collaboration and the concentration of scientific research efforts; clarify the connotations of concepts to achieve mutual transformation between theory and practice; and focus on timeliness and innovation, exploring the deeper value of the “educator spirit”.
