FORMATION OF ADAPTIVE PROCUREMENT STRATEGIES IN CONDITIONS OF CURRENCY INSTABILITY: THEORETICAL ASPECT

The article addresses the issue of forming adaptive procurement strategies in the context of currency instability, with a focus on the theoretical foundations of this approach. The primary attention is given to the conceptual analysis of mechanisms for adapting procurement activities to currency risks, as well as reviewing existing scientific approaches and models in supply chain and risk management. The research relies on systemic analysis methods, comparative study of theoretical sources, and typology of adaptation strategies. Key elements of effective procurement strategies in conditions of external economic instability are identified, and the role of digitalization, partnerships, and organizational transformations in enhancing procurement resilience is revealed. The work is primarily theoretical-methodological in nature and serves as a basis for further applied research and developments.
