ASSESSMENT OF THE LEGAL VALUE OF EXPERT OPINIONS AND THEIR APPLICATION IN THE JUDICIAL ACTIVITY OF THE MODERN ECONOMIC SYSTEM

As the judicial reform process in Russia continues to evolve, citizens’ awareness of their rights is gradually increasing, and public demand for legal services is growing rapidly. Expert legal opinions as a form of third-party participation in court proceedings are widespread in judicial practice and attract great interest and attention from the media, especially in some controversial cases where “expert arguments and conclusions” often appear. This article examines judicial practice as a point of view for a brief discussion of several key aspects, including the characteristics of expert legal opinions; how to apply them correctly, while ensuring the independence of the judicial system; and how to build an operational expert advice system.
