STUDY OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING SUBSIDIES AS AN INSTRUMENT OF REGIONAL FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR SMES IN THE MOSCOW REGION

The article examines the system of indicators characterizing the effectiveness of the application of forms and instruments of state support for small and medium-sized businesses that has developed at the regional level. A special place in the system of state support is given to financial instruments formed by the subjects of the Russian Federation mainly at the expense of the regional budget. In particular, the experience of implementing regional financial support for small and medium-sized businesses in the Moscow region that has developed in recent years is studied.
