SHAPING AN ADAPTIVE PROJECT ENVIRONMENT UNDER UNCERTAINTY: THE ROLE OF CULTURE AND HUMAN CAPITAL

The article explores the impact of organizational culture and the human factor on project adaptability under uncertainty. Based on studies from 2020–2024, it highlights how soft skills, leadership, trust, and communication enhance project resilience. The paper argues that without considering cultural and behavioral aspects, technical approaches lose effectiveness. A model is proposed for integrating the human factor to improve flexibility and project outcomes.
