Research on regional identification of Haihe River project based on unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing
Unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing technology has gradually become an important tool for planning and design, engineering surveying, and regional recognition due to its high accuracy, flexibility, and multi-dimensional feature extraction advantages. It is one of the key technologies for obtaining data in geographic information systems. This article takes a marine engineering area in a certain region as the recognition object, uses unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing, and combines machine learning based image recognition methods to identify specific residential areas, engineering operation areas, and other land parcels in a certain area. Using the support vector machine method, spatial data information analysis was conducted for different regions and functional land uses along a certain coastal area to obtain spatial characteristic parameters of different regions. 45% of the sampling points were selected to form a training set, and the simulation results under different spectral and spatial conditions were verified. The results show that for small sample sizes, SVM has an accuracy of 86.2% and can quickly identify and analyze land features. Hope to provide reference for the application of unmanned aerial vehicle remote sensing technology in marine aquaculture area identification and fisheries through this study.
