Simulation method for the characteristics of sea clutter driven by statistics
This paper describes a simulation method for the characteristics of sea clutter driven by statistics and presents a purestatistical method for simulating spatial-temporal correlated sea clutter data. By directly setting temporal and spatial auto-correlation functions instead of physical models. The obtained random data has the same statistical characteristics as the specified model. The results indicate that the simulation data generated by the method proposed in this paper have similar temporal and spatial correlation characteristics to the measured sea clutter data, and can better reflect thestructural trend of the sea surface and the modulation of clutter power.
