STRATEGIC GUIDELINES OF TECHNOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY: DAMPING OF SANCTIONS DISTURBANCES

The article examines methodological approaches to choosing strategic directions for ensuring technological sovereignty under sanctions. A model for transforming strategies for damping sanctions disturbances into long-term models of technological leadership is proposed. Matrix tools for assessing the potential for technological development are developed. The proposed structured approach to choosing strategies contributes to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of adaptation to sanctions impacts.
