Reconfigurable Artificial Perception System and Logic Gates Based on Large‐Scale Antiambipolar 2D Heterostructure Array (Adv. Funct. Mater. 22/2025)
Antiambipolar 2D Heterostructure Arrays In article number 2417358, Sha Zhu, Ning Hua Zhu, and co-workers fabricate a multifunctional large-scale antiambipolar transistor array based on 2D Te/WS2 vdWs heterostructures for the first time, where the self-regulating artificial perception system and electrically reconfigurable logic gates are realized concurrently. Similar antiambipolar electrical responses with negative differential transconductance are also observed from many other 2D Te-based heterostructures.
