EDUCAÇÃO DIGITAL: PERSPECTIVAS SOBRE A FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES

ABSTRACT Digital education has become increasingly relevant, especially in the contemporary context marked by rapid technological evolution. In this scenario, teacher training faces the challenge of integrating digital technologies effectively into the pedagogical process. Thus, to better understand these dynamics, this study adopted a bibliographic research methodology, reviewing academic literature and articles that address the digital competencies needed by educators. The perspectives analyzed indicate the importance of developing these competencies, enabling teachers to use technological tools in a critical and innovative way. In addition, the research highlights the need for initial and continuing education programs to contemplate digital inclusion, providing teachers with knowledge that goes beyond the technical use of technologies, but also encompasses effective pedagogical application in digital environments. In this context, digital education requires a reconfiguration of traditional teaching practices, promoting active methodologies that engage students in more dynamic and collaborative learning processes. Keywords: Learning. Teacher Education. Teacher Training.
