Optimization Configuration Strategy for the Electro-Hydrogen Coupling System Considering the Uncertainty of New Energy Output
The uncertainty of renewable energy output can lead to over- or under-sizing of components such as energy storage and hydrogen production facilities in the electro-hydrogen system, affecting its stability and economic efficiency. To address this, this paper proposes an optimization configuration strategy for the electro-hydrogen coupling system considering the uncertainty of new energy output. Firstly, mathematical models for the components of the electro-hydrogen system are established. Next, the uncertainty of renewable energy output in the electro-hydrogen system is described based on the WGAN-GP model. Then, a bi-Ievel capacity configuration model for the electro-hydrogen system is proposed, with the upper level focusing on capacity optimization and the lower level on operational optimization. The differential evolution algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed configuration strategy is validated through a case study.
