Optimization Design of Micro Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator for Breeze Power Generation Based on Evolutionary Taguchi Method
This paper designs a low-speed micro permanent magnet synchronous generator (MPMSG) suitable for generating electricity in urban breeze environments, aiming to efficiently convert wind energy. A novel evolutionary Taguchi method (ETM) capable of rapidly and accurately achieving generator optimization is proposed. Firstly, the performance of the generator is analyzed using the finite element method, demonstrating its satisfactory performance. Considering the requirements of urban breeze environments, the ETM is employed to optimize the generator. The optimization range of the optimization factors is analyzed and determined utilizing the genetic algorithm. Then the multi-objective optimization of the generator is conducted by using the Taguchi method. Finally, the performance of the optimized model is analyzed, verifying the effectiveness of the optimization method.
