Enhancing Partner Query Resolution: Leveraging AI for Smart Corporate Operations
This research aims to develop an AI-powered chat-bot designed to support internal teams within the organization, it is responsible for managing and addressing queries related to the management of external collaborators, referred to as ’partners’, who play a critical role in the organization’s business ecosystem. Queries typically encompass partner onboarding, classification into operational tiers (gold, platinum, silver, registered), and administrative processes such as contract management, rebate registration, and accreditation. The need for this solution arises from the high volume of repetitive and actionable queries, which are 51% of the total queries received from internal teams. Currently, these queries require manual processing, consuming substantial time and resources, leading to inefficiencies and potential delays in communication. The system is centered around semantic search capabilities using ChromaDB and the Llama-3 model, streamlines query handling by automating responses to frequently asked questions. It empowers internal teams to efficiently manage partner-related interactions, reducing reliance on manual efforts while ensuring consistency and accuracy. It features a user-friendly interface, enabling seamless access for non-technical users. Initial implementation and testing demonstrated over 90% accuracy in resolving queries. This automation reduces the operational burden, enhances decision-making, and ensures real-time assistance for internal teams.
