DESENVOLVIMENTO DE COMPETÊNCIAS SOCIOEMOCIONAIS EM PROFESSORES: ESTRATÉGIAS E BENEFÍCIOS

ABSTRACT The initial premise of this study is to focus on exploring the concepts of emotions and learning in relation to teaching, highlighting the real importance of Emotional Education in this context. Therefore, the research developed here aims to provoke a deep reflection on the challenges and importance of socio-emotional development in the school environment. The relevance of having a pedagogical team that is aware and engaged in this issue is fundamental, since diagnosing the difficulties present in the educational process and seeking to transform them socially requires a robust approach, where re-education itself serves as a mediating tool for this change. To this end, the research relies on a variety of educational theorists, considering their perspectives and contributions to support the proposed theme, as well as the points that provoke concern and discussion. Based on the research carried out, it becomes clear that it is possible to reevaluate our concepts and give renewed attention to emotional health, especially in an era full of contingencies and uncertainties.
