Features of managing innovative projects in the context of digitalization

This article is devoted to the methodological foundations of the study of the features of innovation project management in the digital economy. The work presents various authorial approaches to the concept of the digitalization phenomenon, and also systematizes the list of problematic aspects that can have a negative impact on the basic characteristics of the innovation object and the final results of project work. Objective and subjective components of the innovation project management system are identified, indicating the need to make productive management decisions in the process of implementing project activities. In conclusion, the work presents the results of the study, which in the future can be aimed at improving the efficiency of the innovation design management system in the context of widespread digitalization of the economy. Данная статья посвящена методологическим основам исследования особенностей управления инновационными проектами в условиях цифровой экономики. В работе представлены различные авторские подходы к понятию феномена цифровизации, а также систематизирован перечень проблемных аспектов, которые могут оказать негативное влияние на базовые характеристики объекта инноваций и конечные результаты проектной работы. Выделены объективные и субъективные составляющие системы управления инновационными проектами, свидетельствующие о необходимости принятия продуктивных управленческих решений в процессе реализации проектной деятельности. В заключении работы представлены результаты исследования, которые в перспективе могут быть направлены на повышение эффективности системы управления проектированием инноваций в условиях повсеместной цифровизации экономики.
