DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF MASTER STUDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF RESEARCH PRACTICE

The article discusses the principles of creating a research practice program in master's programs based on the competency-based method, the form of its organization and constant monitoring. The role of practice in the formation of professional competence of master's students at the Institute of Mathematics, Physics, Engineering and Information Technologies is revealed.
