The Relevance of Geometric Problems in Elementary Grades

This article examines the role, importance, and necessity of geometric materials in elementary grades as one of the urgent problems of primary education. All geometric figures consist of points. The concepts of a straight line, a ray, and a segment are introduced in elementary school as basic, accompanied by the study of types of angles and the image of polygons. Many examples and problems aimed at calculating the perimeter and area of polygons are considered.
