A TERCEIRIZAÇÃO NA ADMINISTRAÇÃO PÚBLICA: IMPACTOS NA EFICIÊNCIA, CUSTO E RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL DOS SERVIÇOS PÚBLICOS

This scientific article aims to analyze the repercussions of outsourcing in Public Administration, with emphasis on its definition, legal and budgetary restrictions, combined with a demonstration of the legal risks generated by legislative limitations. To this end, the bibliographic research method was used, consulting articles, jurisprudence, current legislation, and doctrines. Regarding the approach method, the qualitative-deductive method was employed, with a study of the outsourcing phenomenon within Public Agencies, its financial impacts, the public budget according to the provisions of the Fiscal Responsibility Law, the quality of public service delivery, and social responsibility.
