Predicting life satisfaction based on role boundary management strategies in telework – A dyadic polynomial regression
This dyadic study investigates the predictive relationship between telework role boundary management strategies and life satisfaction among couples. Using polynomial regression analysis, the research explores congruence and incongruence effects within spousal dyads. Congruence signifies alignment in outcomes between partners, while incongruence denotes disparities. Findings shed light on how couples' perceptions and practices in telework role boundary management influence their life satisfaction levels. Understanding these dynamics offers valuable insights into the dynamics between work-life balance strategies and satisfaction within couples. The study underlines the importance of considering dyadic perspectives in examining the impact of telework on life satisfaction.
