RESEARCH OF ECONOMIC INDICATORS IN THE SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR

The study is devoted to the substantiation of a comprehensive conceptual approach to the study of the healthcare system. The methodological basis of the study is represented by a set of provisions on sustainable socio-economic development, the theory of system sustainability, as well as concepts of health development. The article analyzes the state of the healthcare system in the Republic of Kazakhstan. An assessment of the current state of the healthcare system is given, trends in the development of the healthcare system are identified and shown. The key conclusions about the fundamental indicators are made and the basic factors for increasing the sustainable development of the healthcare sector are identified. The novelty of the research is related to the sustainable development of the healthcare sector and consists in an integrated approach to the analysis and development of strategies aimed at long-term improvement of the quality and accessibility of medical services, taking into account environmental, economic and social aspects.
