Métier: A Mobile Job Search Platform with Aptitude Testing , Resume Building and ATS Compliance

The competitive job market demands platforms that integrate job discovery, skill assessment, and resume optimization.This paper introduces Mtier, a Flutterbased mobile application designed to bridge gaps in existing job portals by offering real-time job searches, aptitude testing, and ATS-compliant resume validation.A survey of 204 users revealed 73% freshers prioritize resume validation (42.6%) and modern UI (37.3%).The app uses Firebase for backend operations, ensuring scalability and real-time updates.Findings highlight the need for integrated tools like AI-driven job matching and localized content to enhance employability.
