Enhancing Workplace Safety to Drive Productivity: A Comprehensive Analysis Using FMEA and HAZOP in Industrial Settings
Workplace safety stands as an essential matter for industrial organizations that wish to achieve increased productivity standards alongside employee safety guarantees. The major improvements in safety management systems through hazard identification and risk assessment and preventive measures now receive substantial notice because of their success in enhancing both safety results and operational outcomes. The research examines the connection between workplace safety procedures and industrial output at Prakash Industries which operates from Champa in Chhattisgarh. The study merges Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) and predictive analytics for evaluating systematic safety practices throughout hazard detection into continuous risk assessments which achieve enhanced safety outcomes and increased productivity. This paper demonstrates proof using authentic industrial data which shows that strategic safety practices lead to lower accidents and better employee satisfaction and better industrial performance. The research findings highlight operational efficiency's dependency on workplace safety while proposing specific safety measures that industrial sectors should apply to execute these procedures effectively.
