Kinematic Parameter Solution for Automotive Hood Spraying Robot
With the continuous advancement of automation technology, robots are increasingly being applied in the automotive manufacturing industry. In particular, the precision, efficiency, and stability of spraying robots in the automotive parts coating process directly affect product quality and production efficiency. This paper mainly analyzes the kinematics of automotive parts spraying robots, exploring the establishment and optimization methods of their kinematic models. Through the kinematic analysis of the spraying robots, the aim is to improve the motion accuracy of the robots in the spraying operation, optimize path planning and control strategies, and thus enhance the overall performance of the spraying tasks.
