The influence of a multicomponent feed additive on the morphological parameters of laying hens’ eggs

The article presents the results of studies of the effect of the domestic feed additive “OMEGA-balance from A-BIO” on the morphological parameters of chicken eggs. Modern egg poultry farming is a highly developed and technologically advanced branch of agriculture. It has been scientifically proven that in order to obtain chicken eggs of higher quality and increased nutritional value, it is enough to introduce feed additives containing biologically active substances into the diet of laying hens. In order to conduct an experiment on the principle of analogs, an experimental and control group of laying hens was formed, aged 120 days, with 15 heads in each. Compound feed for experimental laying hens was treated with a feed additive using a continuous mixer with a rotating chamber. When analyzing the results, an increase in egg weight by 1% was noted compared to the control. The protein to yolk ratio in eggs obtained from experimental hens was higher than in the control.
