Design and Implementation of a High Concurrency Oriented Automatic Grading System for Application Essays

In this paper, we are designing and implementing an automatic scoring system for high concurrency scenarios to solve the problem of inefficiency and instability of traditional scoring methods in large-scale applications. By adopting a scoring algorithm based on natural language processing and a distributed computing architecture, the system is able to realize fast and accurate automatic scoring under high concurrent load. The system architecture includes task scheduling, load balancing, data storage and optimization modules to ensure efficient processing and stable operation of the scoring task. Through functional testing and high concurrency performance testing, the system can still maintain a high success rate and throughput under 5000 concurrency. Future work will focus on optimizing the parallel processing capability of the scoring algorithm and improving the fault-tolerance mechanism of the system to cope with more complex application scenarios.
