Research on the Quantitative Model of School-Enterprise Cooperation Mode Based on Technology Readiness Level Standards
This paper proposes a quality assessment method for school-enterprise cooperation based on the technology readiness level (TRL) standard. By introducing the technology readiness level standard, school-enterprise cooperation is divided into three stages: (1) Concept verification stage (TRL1-3), which focuses on curriculum development and transforms enterprise technology challenges into teaching cases; (2) Prototype development stage (TRL4-6), which encourages the construction of joint laboratories to promote technology iteration; (3) Commercial implementation stage (TRL7-9), which promotes the construction of industry-university-research innovation alliances to achieve large-scale application. This assessment method dynamically matches cooperation strategies according to the stage of technology development, and simultaneously evaluates the success probability and risk threshold of each stage. The study verifies the applicability of this method through hypothetical cases. This study not only provides schools and enterprises with a scientific decision-making basis to reduce cooperation risks, but also provides policymakers with a tool to evaluate industry-university integration to promote innovation-driven development.
