Research on the Improvement of Postgraduate Training Mode of Achievement-oriented Education Based on Computing Technology

With the continuous development of computer technology and student training methods, how to carry out effective postgraduate training reform through artificial intelligence and computer technology is a current research hot spot. According to different study regions, educational backgrounds, training session settings, and gender differences, we analyze how these factors affect the training quality of master's students, and then according to different subjective factors and objective gender factors in the training process, we tailor the training to the students' needs. This study focuses on the dissertation opening score, mid-term dissertation graduation answer score, achievement score, internship score, and graduation answer score in the training process of mechanical engineering postgraduates as the comparative links, analyzes the internal connection between different influencing factors and different genders of male and female postgraduates in the postgraduate study stage, and derives the performance of different genders in the postgraduate study stage, and then proposes relevant training programs to provide feasible suggestions for improving the quality of postgraduate training .
