Teaching Innovation and Practice of Advanced Mathematics Course Enabled by AI
As an important compulsory basic course for freshmen, Advanced Mathematics shoulders the responsibility of cultivating students' ability to use the theoretical knowledge of calculus to solve practical problems. Under the traditional teaching mode, there are common practical problems. The content of the Advanced Mathematics course is abstract and difficult to understand, so students are reluctant to learn. The rigor and connection of the mathematics discipline are ignored, so students don't know how to learn. There is a serious disconnection between theoretical teaching and professional knowledge, so students don't know how to apply the knowledge and lack innovation. To solve these problems, this research adheres to the concept of "paying attention to students' long - term development and stimulating students' autonomous learning". With the help of artificial intelligence technology, a new teaching paradigm of "Case - based · Problem - chain · Self - learning" is constructed. By leading with practical problems, a "ladder - type" teaching content system based on cases is created. The problem - chain teaching method based on cases is used to guide students to actively construct knowledge. A multi - dimensional and extensible three - dimensional evaluation system is established to achieve "scientifically increasing the burden" by promoting learning through evaluation.
