Ureteric Cyst with Dysplastic Kidney

A ureteric cyst is a rare cause of abdominal distension. There are limited articles on such cases. Here, we present a case of an 11-year-old boy who presented with a mass abdomen. Radiological investigations confirmed the diagnosis. The child was managed with laparoscopic nephroureterocystectomy. This case has been put forth to highlight the need to identify urogenital anomalies at an earlier age.
