Research on Construction of Framework of SPOC Mobile Personalized Learning Platform

Personalized learning platform has become a significant research trend of AI (Artificial Intelligence) that is widely applied on SPOC (Small Private Online Course), which triggers profound changes on the concept and mode of mobile learning. On the basis of blended learning platform development, the paper proposes a feasible and reasonable solution, which presents four key aspects of platform architecture, core functionality modules, personalized learning resource recommendation system and common interface components to construct of the framework of a SPOC mobile personalized learning platform. Finally, further work of various incentive factors and online learning resource adaptive recommendation service mechanism should be designed and optimized, which improves the accuracy and timeliness of personalized learning resource push.
