The Intervention Of Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy For Depression
Computerized Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CCBT) functions as a digital psychological intervention method. The technology of computers merges with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy principles to form this intervention. Digital platforms such as websites and apps and software programmes in CCBT systems provide self-help psychological therapy to help users change their unhealthy thinking patterns while treating anxiety depression and stress. Depression treatment through computerised cognitive behavioural therapy has become the primary choice for clinical use at present. Various psychological intervention applications based on CCBT are common in the Western psychotherapy industry and include Beating The Blues along with MoodGYM and E-Couch and Good Days Ahead. Several existing studies show how CCBT successfully treats depression conditions. The existing paper examines CCBT intervention for depression through previous studies while examining how it might evolve for treating different psychological disorders.
