Multi-dimensional postgraduate course teaching quality evaluation: An entropy weight approach
Course teaching is one of the important links in postgraduate education, and it is an important lever to implement the value concept of “education is the foundation, quality is the key”. The quality evaluation system of postgraduate course teaching is the key institutional guarantee. This paper designs a multi-dimensional quality evaluation system for the whole process of postgraduate course teaching from three aspects: teacher self-evaluation, student evaluation, and supervision evaluation. Based on the entropy weight TOPSIS model, a comprehensive quality evaluation model is constructed to empirically study the teaching situation of postgraduate courses at J University. Through establishing and implementing this evaluation system, the improvement of teaching quality can be promoted effectively, and more high-level talents with innovative spirit and practical abilities can be cultivated.
