Judicial Electronic Evidence Storage and Security Access Control based on Blockchain Technology

Blockchain technology provides a new way to solve the problem of electronic evidence storage and access with its decentralized and tamper-proof features. This paper aims at the security problem of electronic evidence storage and sharing in the judicial application scenario. A blockchain-based storage and access system architecture using the PBFT consensus algorithm is proposed. In this architecture, PBFT is optimized by an improved Adaptive Genetic Algorithm. Simulation experiments show that the optimized PBFT achieves the expected results in the selection of consensus nodes and primary nodes. Traditional attributes access control for electronic evidence requires the intervention of a trusted third party, which can lead to single-point failure and access control misjudgment. In this paper, a data access control model based on blockchain technology is constructed. According to the different users’ trust values, access intent and data access requirements, the access behavior is judged whether it is malicious or not through static and dynamic access control, so as to realize the access control. The experimental results show that the misjudgment rate of data access control is relatively low when the users concurrency rapidly increases, which can ensure the security and reliability of electronic evidence data resources.
