Data analysis of safety incentive on unsafe behavior of construction workers based on SEM model
This article constructs a research hypothesis on the impact of safety incentive mechanism on unsafe behavior of construction workers with high fall risk from the perspective of safety incentives. Through literature review and analysis, 497 construction workers were selected as sample data, and empirical testing and analysis were conducted using structural equation modeling and data analysis software SPSS and AMOS. The empirical research results show that both positive rewards and negative incentives have a significant impact on unsafe behavior through the safety ability, safety attitude, and safety atmosphere of construction workers, and the model hypothesis fitting verification effect is good. The article enriches the theoretical research on the unsafe behavior of construction workers in reducing the occurrence of high fall accidents.
