Optimal design of high-speed railway station and car service based on QFD
This paper presents a field analysis of the current status of service at the Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway station. Through an investigation of passenger demand for services, we explore the specific needs of high-speed rail passengers traveling between Harbin and Dalian. Based on this analysis, the analytic hierarchy process is employed to rank the importance of various passenger demands. This ranking provides a foundation for designing subsequent optimization schemes. Finally, the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is utilized to construct the Service Quality House for Harbin High-speed Railway Station. By analyzing technical importance and weight calculation data, we identify eight key service requirements—personal safety, property security, convenient transfers, short travel times, reasonable service facility configurations, courteous service, an elegant environment, and convenient luggage storage—as well as five technical elements, including the dispatch command system and information service system. Each of these components is optimized, offering valuable insights and references for enhancing the service quality at Harbin high-speed railway station.
